Charles S. Bentley joins the firm after resigning as Chief Counsel for State Compensation Insurance Fund (State Fund). Mr. Bentley has over 20 years of service with State Compensation Insurance Fund.
Over the course of his career at State Fund, Mr. Bentley represented State Compensation Insurance Fund as an Adjuster, Hearing Rep., Staff Counsel, and Deputy Chief Counsel before becoming Chief Counsel for State Compensation Insurance Fund’s entire Legal Department.
During his career he was recognized with numerous State Fund awards for his leadership, teamwork and case work.
Charles is a veteran of the United States Army and served in an elite anti-terrorist hostage rescue unit presently knows as the 160th SOAR (FKA, Task Force 160). While serving in the military he received several awards for meritorious service, heroism, and valor.
